Staying connected.

In what ways.. signing up for new classes or creating opportunities to meet like minded people, let’s dive in. I canceled my gym membership and signed up for virtual classes lead by an amazing instructor up in New York. I chose the weekly pass to be more bang for my money, so far it’s been great. 4 times a week, 30 minutes sessions with people from all over the world. I will admit, I was a bit intimidated at first but took the opportunity and I’ve been loving it. Relationships.

Knowing what a relationship entails can be quite unclear without being proactive. This year I have made it a priority to maintain healthy relationships with the people who are significant to me. Taking time acknowledge the effort that is required is always a step in the right direction. Make time for yourself, learn new perspectives, take risks and voice your opinions. They’re people out there that totally get it and someday you’ll cross paths.

Services before self

These last few days I’ve been in my head about why things happen the way they do, why people do the things they do or why it even matters to me.. This internal conflict drives me every day to make things a little better for those who can’t for themselves. Changing my perspective can be challenging when there’s so much to loose.

Weekend vibes

Full week came to an end with delicious treats from a local bakery, online purchases and great conversations with people I adore. This week has been quite jammed pack with work and balancing my world outside of my day to day routine. I’m quite impressed with the work that was done during the week and it just boosts my creative juices for this upcoming week. My kiddos are starting to work with a new medium for the next few weeks and I want their work to be inspired by coral reefs through liquid water colors. They learned how to mix primary colors to create an array of colors and varies techniques to allow opportunities for expression. My upper level kids...
