ABCs.

Monday’s can be quite annoying if you aren’t prepared, take some time on Sunday to prepare yourself for the upcoming week to ensure you start strong. I try to make my brain available for at least 30 minutes to conceptualize what I want my week to look like and how I plan to be successful. Sometimes it’s nice to be ahead of yourself, it gives opportunity a space to develop. I get a lot of anxiety when I don’t map my days out.
